Medoc thyme is known not only as an ornamental culture and spices, this thyme is valued for its medicinal properties, tart, but also a pleasant bitter taste. In the dense oil smell of the seeds, the aroma of wild rosemary leaves, strawberries, and lingonberries is felt.
Features of the variety
Vegetable thyme Medoc belongs to perennial crops. The shoots of the plant originally spread along the ground. They form pink buds, gathering in inflorescences. Small oblong leaves of thyme have a green tint on the outside, and a purple color on the inside.

Seeds

Care

Thyme is rich in aromatic oils that many insects fear. However, in the absence of care, not following the rules of agricultural technology, pests start on the leaves and stems.

Harvesting
