Prisance is a two-component herbicide, which, according to the instructions for use, is used to control annual and perennial dicotyledonous weeds. The drug has systemic and selective activity. The herbicidal agent is recommended for post-emergence treatment of grain crops in the early stages of weed growth.

Composition and form of release of herbicide Prishans

The composition of this herbicidal agent includes the following active substances: 2,4-D (2-ethylhexyl ether) and florasulam. The drug is in the form of a suspension emulsion. The herbicide Prishans is manufactured in China, the Russian registrant company is LLC Chance. Sold in 5 liter plastic cans.

Spectrum and mechanism of action

Prisance is used to control dicotyledonous weeds. Plants that the herbicidal agent fights against: chamomile, thistle, ragweed, bedstraw, starwort, wormwood, spurge and others. Spraying of the field is carried out in the early stages of weed growth.

The herbicide penetrates the weeds through the leaves and roots and acts at the cellular level. A couple of hours after irrigation, the weeds stop growing. The first noticeable signs of wilting appear after 2-4 days. In plants, leaves curl, turn pale. Weeds completely die in 1-2 weeks.

How to prepare a working solution?

The working mixture is prepared on the day of use. A tractor sprayer is used to spray the field with a herbicidal agent. Its tank is 1/3 filled with clean, free water. With the mixers turned on, fill in the required rate of herbicide. Then add the required amount of water to the sprayer tank and mix the solution well.It is advisable not to turn off the agitator during field work.

The herbicide solution is used in the phase of 3-5 leaves (during tillering) in the main crop, in the early stages of weed growth. Winter crops are sprayed in spring. The field is cultivated after the emergence of the main crop, only once a season.

It is better to spray weeds in the phase of 2-6 leaves, at a height of 5-10 centimeters, at the rosette stage, before the start of stemming.

With strong weediness and the predominance of overgrown weeds, the maximum dosage of the drug consumption is applied. The herbicide is not recommended for use if the main crop has suffered from frost, drought, poor nutrition, diseases, insects. The optimum temperature for irrigating the field is from 8 to 25 degrees Celsius.

Herbicide Handling Precautions

It is allowed to work with the Prishans herbicidal agent for persons who have no medical contraindications. When spraying the field, a person must wear a protective suit, respirator, rubber boots and gloves. After the end of the field work, it is recommended to wash your hands and face with warm water (with soap) and rinse your mouth with a baking soda solution. Do not inhale vapors or drink the herbicide mixture.

Drug toxicity

The prince belongs to the 2nd and 3rd toxicity classes. The drug is not toxic to humans, animals, fish, birds, beneficial insects. Shelf life and storage conditions

It is recommended to store the prisance according to the standards developed for pesticides. A separate storage room is allocated to store this herbicide. It is recommended to keep the pesticide separately from food and goods. The optimum storage temperature is from 5 to 20 degrees Celsius.

You must use the product before the expiration date. Undiluted in a tightly closed original packaging, the herbicide can be stored for 3 years from the date of manufacture.
