Cooking cucumbers without sterilization in apple juice

I had to get another basin. I always soak greens in 2-3 waters before use. There is dirt and dust on the leaves, although it is not visible.
Juice
I had already prepared a juice of 1.5 liters the day before, stood in the refrigerator. I crushed apples on an ordinary garden juicer, then filtered through cheesecloth. He stood in the refrigerator, the remnants of the pulp settled to the bottom, and the juice became transparent, like a tear. It took about 4 kg of apples to make the juice. The figure is approximate, because the volume depends on the juiciness of the fruit.
Container
I love pickling cucumbers in apple juice in jars with a large throat. Easy to wash, easy to arrange cucumbers and spices. In jars with a wide neck, any pickled vegetables look very appetizing. To prevent my can from exploding with my cucumbers in winter, I sterilize it.
Now, when everyone has a microwave oven in the kitchen, there is no point in fiddling with sterilizing cans in the oven or with steam. I pour 0.5 tbsp of water into a jar washed with soda, put it in the microwave, turn on the oven for 5 minutes. The sterile jar is ready.
Cucumber preparation
I rinse the cucumbers, mine with a sponge, mine diligently, I don’t regret my hands because I’m afraid of butulism. I put clean, brilliant cucumbers on a large dish to wrap around. I pour a kettle full of water and turn it on.
I take out a jar from the microwave oven, greens from the basin - currant, cherry leaves and dill umbrellas. I shake the greens and put one part in the jar, leave the other for the top.

I remove the boiled marinade from the stove, pour 1 dessert spoon of apple cider vinegar into it. Pour water from a jar of cucumbers, pour boiling marinade into it, twist the lid. The blank for the winter is almost ready, it remains to put it under a fur coat. Under a fur coat, cucumbers in apple juice will stand until they cool completely (1-2 days). I will store the workpiece in the cellar.
Recipe for cucumbers in apple juice with sterilization
I don't like canning with sterilization, but I decided to try this recipe, because I squeezed out a lot of apple juice, it had to be used urgently. The salting process was not difficult.
It took Zelentov a little more than a kilogram (1.2 kg), and it took exactly 1 liter of juice. From the seasonings I took a few pieces of cloves and peppercorns. She plucked two currant leaves and one dill umbrella.
I have already described the preparation of cucumbers and jars above. The marinade is prepared in the same way as in the previous recipe, with one exception - I do not use vinegar. I added only 1 tbsp to the juice. l salt and boiled.
She put herbs, spices and cucumbers in a sterile jar, poured everything with boiling marinade. A jar of cucumbers covered with a sterile lid was sterilized for 15 minutes, rolled up and put under a fur coat for 2 days.
