Description of the variety
Before purchasing the seeds of this nightshade crop, you need to study its description. Despite the fact that Gina was created not so long ago, the tomato has already gained wide popularity.
The bush belongs to determinant (undersized), in height it can reach from 50 to 65 cm, not standard. Three main stems are formed from the root. The plant is medium-leafy, does not require a garter to the trellis and pinching. The first tomato cluster begins to form after the formation of 8 leaves, the rest of the clusters - after 1 - 2 leaves.
Gina tomatoes are quite large, early ripe. From the appearance of the first shoots to the collection of the first harvest, it usually takes 105 - 115 days.
The root system is quite powerful, which is why the bushes can be grown even on infertile soil. It is important to note that the Gin tomato can be planted in garden beds in the open field, in greenhouses and greenhouses.

Gin's tomatoes do not need much care when they begin to bear fruit.
Throughout the season, you need to apply mineral and organic fertilizers, water once a week, loosen and remove weeds. Particular attention should be paid to planting seeds and seedlings. Gina tomato seeds should be planted in late March - mid-April.
Features of planting seeds:
- First of all, they must be disinfected. To do this, the planting material must be soaked for an hour in a weak solution of potassium permanganate, and then proceed to sowing.
- The soil must be prepared in advance. To do this, you need to mix peat, soil and sawdust.
- Make grooves in the soil to a depth of 1 - 1.5 cm and plant the seeds, lightly dig in them with soil.
- Cover containers with Gin's tomato seeds with glass or cling film, put in a warm place (periodically, the soil should be allowed to breathe so that mold does not appear).
- As soon as sprouts begin to appear, the film or mirror must be removed.
