Ingredient selection rules
To create wine, take ripe tangerines, sweet or sweet and sour. There should be no dents or signs of decay on the surface of the fruit. Overripe, bitter tangerines should not be used.

- 3.5 liters of fresh orange juice;
- 2.5 kg of sweet and sour tangerines;
- 1 kg of sugar;
- 120 g cocoa powder;
- 5 g yeast feeding;
- 6 g grape tannin;
- 2 g of potassium pyrosulfite;
- a pack of wine yeast.
Prepare the drink as follows:
- The tangerine pulp is crushed to a mushy state.
- Sugar, yeast feeding, tannin, potassium pyrosulfite are placed in the fermenter, orange juice is poured. Stir thoroughly.
