- Water is poured into a saucepan and put on fire. Brine: For 1 liter of water, a large spoonful of salt.
- Greens are placed on the bottom of the salting container, cucumbers on top, after cutting off their "butts", then another layer of greens.

- A three-liter jar is thoroughly washed, poured over with boiling water.
- Cucumbers and herbs are tightly placed in a container in layers, adding spices.
- Bring one and a half liters of water to a boil, pour 3 tablespoons of salt and 2 tablespoons of the same sugar, mix.
- Pour hot solution into the jar, it should reach the very neck.

With lime and mint
An unusual recipe for making cucumbers.
Need to:
- 1.5 kg of fruit;
- 3 limes;
- a couple of mint branches;
- dill;
- allspice and hot pepper.

- Lime zest is grated, mixed with pepper in a mortar.
- Chop the herbs and mint very finely.
