Why beets are in color and in an arrow, what should I do?
Beets are a valuable product that is rich in trace elements and vitamins useful for the human body. When growing a plant, the bushes sometimes arrow, which prevents the development of large root crops and reduces productivity. Such bushes are not suitable for eating.
Why is the beet going to the arrow?
In the first year planting beets forms powerful foliage and large roots, which are used for food. The next year, the roots are re-planted in the soil and then the beets turn into color.
