An easy and fairly quick recipe for making caviar does not involve a frying stage. To work, you need the following list of ingredients:
- zucchini - 900 g;
- onions - 45 g;
- tomato paste - 66 g;
- vegetable oil - 57 ml;
- vinegar - 34 ml;
- salt and sugar;
- ground pepper - 3 g;
- garlic - two cloves.
The dish takes approximately 90 minutes to prepare. You need to perform the following sequence of actions:
- zucchini and onions are chopped in a blender;
- oil is poured into the pan, heated and tomato paste is added;
- after 8 minutes, add all other vegetables;
- the vegetable mass is stewed for 52 minutes;
- then pour in vinegar, add chopped garlic, ground pepper, salt and continue to simmer for another 8 minutes;
- caviar is placed in jars and covered with metal lids.
Storage terms and rules
