In total, cook tomatoes with black currants for about an hour. Turn the twisted jar over and wrap it up. We clean up on the table and look at other recipes.

Add basil to the marinade

Try this purple basil recipe. One aroma of this preparation stirs up a brutal appetite, but what about the marinade itself. It is great and will take very little time to prepare.

We select ripe fruits of medium size. In total, they will need a little less than 2 kg, because you need to marinate in a 3 liter jar.We wash the tomatoes first, and then we will do the other vegetables. We will do canning with the following ingredients:

Fill the jar filled to the top with boiling water. When it has stood for 15 minutes, pour the water into a saucepan, and fill the jar with new boiling water.

While they are standing, let's take care of the marinade. Put 1.5 tbsp into the water. l. salt and 3 tbsp. l. Sahara. Put the pan on fire. The water should boil. Pour water from the tomato into the sink, and pour the boiling marinade. Add 65 ml of 6% vinegar directly to the jar and immediately tighten the lid. Pickled tomatoes prepared in this way have a spicy, pungent taste. Stored well.

Tomatoes with vodka

For a 3 liter can of vodka you need a little bit, only 50 g. 1.8 kg of ripe or brown tomatoes. From additional ingredients, a little dill and 4-5 cloves of garlic. We will cook the marinade from 3 tbsp. l. sugar, a tablespoon of salt and 1.5 liters of water.

Vodka will be instead of vinegar. Pierce the washed tomatoes with a toothpick and place them in a sterilized 3-liter jar on top of dill and garlic cloves. Boil water in a teapot, add tomatoes. After exactly 15 minutes, pour it into a saucepan.

From the drained water, sugar and salt, we will weld the filling for the preparation. The brine should boil a little. Pour boiling water into a jar, and overturn vodka there. The workpiece is ready. It remains to tighten the lid and put the jar under the blanket with the bottom up.

Spicy tomatoes in their own juice

For lovers of "spicy" this recipe will definitely be in the subject. Housewives do not have time to process tomatoes when they are actively ripening. Use this recipe and immediately 4 kg of tomatoes will find a use for themselves.

Of these, take half of strong small tomatoes, and the other half of overripe, salad. You will need garlic 30 g and two types of pepper:

  1. Ground black.
  2. Acute leguminous.

Chop the washed small fruits and put them in sterile jars. Boil water and pour over tomatoes. Drain it after 20 minutes. Chop large tomatoes first with a knife, then with a blender. Add both peppers to the sauce before chopping. Boil the resulting mass with salt and sugar, pour into jars. Sterilize 1 L jars for 15 minutes. Roll up the finished marinade with boiled lids.
