  3. Unripe apples are allowed to mature for about two weeks.

  4. To prepare the marinade, boil 1 liter of water, add salt and sugar (they should completely melt).

  • the brine is: water (10 l) + honey (250 g) + coarse salt (150 g) + rye flour or malt (100 g).

  1. Put ½ part of the cherry leaves on the bottom of the dish.
  2. Arrange fruits on them in 2 rows.
  3. Further between each row, a layer of mint leaves should be made.

Advice! If there is no barrel, a regular bucket will do. For a full bucket of apples, take the same amount of water and 9 tbsp. l. sugar and salt. Do not forget also about branches with leaves (optional).

  • 6 kg of sweet apples;
  • 1, 5 cups of sugar;
  • 2, 5 tablespoons of salt;
  • about 8 liters of water;

  1. Make a syrup with water, salt, sugar and let it cool completely.
  2. Put the fruits in a container, pour cold marinade.
  3. Press down on top with oppression, take out in the cold for a month and a half.
