- cinnamon - 1 stick;

At the first stage, the fruits are sorted out and washed, the tails are removed. After the berries are transferred to a large container and kneaded thoroughly. The peel is removed from the banana, the pulp is cut into circles.
Then the components are combined, everything is covered with sugar and mixed thoroughly. The mass should be infused for 2 hours. Then add cinnamon and cloves. The container with the contents is sent to the stove, brought to a boil and cooked after another 5-7 minutes. After that, the cinnamon and cloves are removed. Hot jam is laid out in sterilized jars.
The classic recipe for raw jam
Regardless of the method of preparation, berry jam contains many vitamins and other substances. Cooking without boiling allows you to preserve the maximum amount of useful components.
To prepare a treat without cooking, you will need the following ingredients:
- gooseberries - 1 kg;
- banana - 2-3 pcs.;
- sugar - 0.6 kg.
All components are washed and peeled off. Next, the berries need to be thrown into a colander so that they dry out a little. The banana and berries are placed in a saucepan, covered with sugar and mashed. The resulting mass must be well mixed so that the sugar is completely dissolved. Ready jam is packaged in sterilized jars. Stored in the refrigerator.

To make delicious gooseberry jelly with the addition of banana, you should prepare:
