A simple recipe for making chocolate-covered plum jam for the winter

As soon as there is a sufficient amount of syrup, the second half of the sugar and cocoa is reported to the plums. All this is thoroughly mixed and transferred to a quiet fire until boiling. The jam is cooked for about 1 hour, it needs to be stirred.
Chocolate-coated plum jam: with walnut kernels and butter
For cooking you need to prepare:
- Plum - 1kg.
- Dark chocolate - 100 g or cocoa - 2 tbsp. l.
- Walnuts - 50 g.
- Butter - 100 g.
- Granulated sugar - 900 g-1.3 kg.
- Vanillin optional - 10 g.
The fruits are thoroughly washed and seeds are removed. Half of the prepared sugar is poured into the peeled slices. The plum is placed in a warm place for 4 hours to form juice.

- Plum Ugorka - 400 g.
- Apples - 2-3 pcs.
- Sugar - 350 g.
- Dark chocolate - 50 g.

The fruits are washed under the tap, then they are cleaned and freed from the seeds. The peel is removed from apples. All fruits are ground in a blender. Spices, cocoa and sugar are placed in another bowl.

For this extraordinary delicacy you will need:
- Plum - 4 kg.
- Sugar - 2 kg.
- Cocoa - 10 tbsp. l.
- Vanilla sugar - 4 sachets.
The plum is freed from seeds, covered with half granulated sugar, mixed thoroughly and infused for 4 hours. After this time, the rest of the sugar is poured into the pan, the mixture is set to cook for 10 minutes. Then cocoa is added to it, after which the jam is cooked over low heat for 1 hour.
